In addition to fresh trout fillets, the farm offers a range of ready-to-serve items, including smoked trout, pies, pastries and spreads. The company is a partner of Ocean Wise and is dedicated to promoting sustainable aquaculture. Ferme Piscicole des Bobines is the largest trout farm in Quebec, and the only one in the province to process its products directly on-site, ensuring consistently fresh products. 

The company's processing facilities are HACCP and CFIA certified, as it is committed to producing high-quality and flavorful trout using responsible aquaculture techniques. By utilizing a recirculating system, water levels and quality are maintained allowing for high-density cultures without detrimental consequences to the fish.
