Lynch Lobster Company is one of the premier live lobster packers in New England. The company was founded in 1994 by "Bud" Lunch and his three sons, Buddy, Jimmy and John. The company continues to be owned and operated by the three sons. Lynch Lobster Company is a hands-on operation, so you can be assured that when you give your order to them, they will give it personal attention. Lynch Lobster Company is located on the pristine shores of Beverly Harbor in Beverly, Massachusetts. Beverly is a scenic coastal town located approximately 25 miles north of Boston. It was the birthplace of the United States Navy and now serves as a home port to more than 40 commercial fisherman. Lynch Lobster's location allows them to purchase product from many of these fisherman. Additionally, they source product from Canada, Maine and off-shore boats. Their close proximity to Boston's Logan International Airport and numerous trucking terminals allows them to easily reach customers in any region of the world on a daily basis. Lynch Lobster operates a state-of-the-art bio-filtered, refrigerated holding system for their lobsters. The system allows them to maintain a constant supply of fresh, lively lobsters for shipment 365 days a year. Lynch Lobster participates in the FDA's HACCP program, adhering to all guidelines, therefore capable of meeting any customer's live lobster needs. Lynch Lobster is also certified to meet the needs of any customers in the European Union, as well as anywhere else in the world.
