Contact Information

What began as two brothers and a friend foraging for wild mushrooms in British Columbia in the 1980’s has since become the internationally successful specialty food supplier, Mikuni Wild Harvest. With a product line that has expanded beyond mushrooms to now include several sustainable seafood products, Mikuni has a devoted clientele of chefs and specialty food retailers.

With two resident 'Fish Specialists' on staff, Mikuni is able to build strong relationships with both local fisherman, and the Native Americans who fish the coastal waters of Washington. This network of local fishermen has allowed Mikuni to source the freshest and most unique seafood varieties that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. From locally sourced red sea urchin to beautiful ocean run salmon, shipped in rigor mortis from Cape Flattery, Mikuni Wild Harvest provides fresh, quality seafood through a seafood program that is both socially and ecologically responsible.
