Oyster France
✕For more than 20 years, Oyster France and its dedicated team of farmers have proudly cultivated the Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas. By blending the regional climates of southwest France and Brittany with artisanal production, the company has created a unique, much favored, light hazelnut aroma and fleshy texture for its oysters. Oyster France's farms are located along the Bay of Biscay in Hossegor, Arcachon, and Étel.
Oyster France oversees the overall production process from breeding to export, giving the company the capability to consistently deliver 5 tons of quality oysters to its markets per week — ATLANTIC "Fine" oysters ranging in sizes #4 to #0, BISCAY "speciale" oysters from sizes #3 to #1, and as production allows, XL oysters (average weight: 25 oz.).
Oyster France farmers are recognized by the French Ministry of Agriculture for their expertise and consistent quality product.
