Raw Seafoods is BRC Food Certified and is certified as BRC-Grade AA for the following activities: Processing and packaging of fresh and frozen scallops, bacon wrapped scallops, frozen fish portions, marinated frozen fish portions, value-added seafood products, fresh fish in poly-lined master case, and full cooked salmon. The Certificate was issued December 24, 2018 and expires January 1, 2020.
