Contact Information

WildCatch Seafood Products LLC was founded in 2009 by Chris Sparks. Operating out of a century-old salmon cannery in Anacortes, Washington, WildCatch Seafood Products provides a variety of farmed and wild shellfish harvested locally from the Pacific Northwest.

Chris has been a fisherman in Washington State for over 30 years where he fishes primarily for sea urchins and cucumbers. In 2007 Chris moved from San Diego and made the Pacific Northwest his full-time home after desiring to create a new market for his sea urchins. As his market and the demand for sea urchins grew, he quickly expanded and now provides Dungeness crab, Pacific oysters, Manila clams, and a variety of other shellfish products.
